Sometimes people change their minds. This is ok. Once you have ordered an item(s) from us you may decide that actually you didn't want it after all. This is still ok. Again, we want you to be happy. If this happens then do the following:
Let us know within 14 days after receiving the item(s) that you want to return it,
You then have another 14 days to securely package and send back the unwanted items to us,
Once we have received the item(s) back we will exchange, replace or refund the full amount within another 14 days.

Packaged securely using the original packaging where possible,
Labelled clearly and correctly,
Returned in the condition that you received them in.

Sometimes though stuff happens which could end up with you not being happy with the stuff you have bought from us.
